After I finished packing, my mom told me I should take some rain boots.  Once she found out that my bean boots were totaled (they were my dad’s from the early ’90s), she basically just smiled and told me “Oh, no big deal.  We can just ship you some new ones while you’re in Paris.” ERM THANKS MOM!! #gratefulchild :)

I can relate. I am very drawn to small and fast cars. I actually have a fiat soft top now, and drove home several times with my top down and my “finds” looming out, over the top.
